Consistently one of the toughest tables in London, Thai firecracker Som Saa is the home of Chefs Mark Dobbie and Andy Oliver. The duo met while working under “Thai food oracle” David Thompson at his flagship Nahm, and deepened their knowledge of the cuisine at New York’s Pok Pok and at Bo.lan in Bangkok. Back together in the British capital, they joined forces on a wildly successful pop-up that blossomed into a full-fledged restaurant last year.
