Get a taste of MUNCHIES’ highly-anticipated debut cookbook, MUNCHIES: Late-Night Meals from the World’s Best Chefs, exclusively at Chefs Club Counter. For five days only, five dishes from the book will come to life, including chef Christina Tosi’s Seven-Layer Dip and chef Brandon Jew’s Fried Fish Sandwich, alongside our regular menu. The cookbook, based on the groundbreaking web series “Chef’s Night Out” from VICE’s food and culture publication, is comprised of can’t miss recipes from some of the world’s best chefs, and will be available for purchase at Chefs Club Counter.

On the eve of the launch of her debut cookbook, Kristen Kish Cooking: Recipes and Techniques (Clarkson Potter), Kristen Kish comes to Chefs Club Counter to preview some of her favorite recipes. Known as one of the most exciting young chefs in America, Kish won legions of fans by helming two of Barbara Lynch’s celebrated Boston restaurants, and then by battling her way back from elimination to win season ten of Top Chef. Her cookbook is a stunning collection of 80 recipes, that celebrate impeccable technique and bridge her Korean heritage, Michigan upbringing, Boston cooking years, and so much more. Launching October 6

We are excited to introduce Chef Wylie Dufresne’s Du’s Donuts and Coffee at Chefs Club Counter in our pop-up space this Fall. For a limited period of time, the Chefs Club Counter pop-up will offer an evolving selection of flavors, their beloved scrambled egg sandwich, and new seasonal items alongside coffee by Brooklyn Roasting Company. To celebrate the launch, we will be offering a FREE mini donut and coffee milk to the first 200 customers, beginning on Friday, October 6 at 8am!
