For one special week, Chefs Club Counter joins forces with illy – the global leader in high-quality, sustainably-grown coffee – to present Chefs Club Caffè by illy. This star-studded dinner series begins with Chef Alfio Ghezzi of 2* Michelin-rated Locanda Margon and then followed by Antonia Klugmann from Michelin-starred L’Argine a Vencò on October 2. At Chefs Club Counter Presents: Dog Haus, open from June 12th through September, guests have the opportunity to choose from one of Dog Haus’ eight chef-curated combinations and customize it with the protein of their choice from Dog Haus’ eight all-natural, vegetarian-fed meats raised without antibiotics or hormones, or a vegetarian option. Dog Haus’ three-month long residency sees their Culinary Wingman Ilan Hall and Würstmacher Adam Gertler reimagine hot dogs, sausages, burgers, chicken sandwiches and introduce BRAND NEW breakfast burritos!

We are excited to announce that , the sensational cookie dough shop, will open in our next door pop-up space to bring you a summer camp-themed summer experience with: CAMP COOKIE DŌ! Located in the same annex space that previously housed Du’s Donuts and Good Stock Soups, Camp Cookie DŌ at Chefs Club Counter will begin on Friday, June 1st and will be open through Labor Day weekend, offering never-before seen camp inspired desserts like a Campfire Sundae.
